Accessing icurio

Before sending us a Support Request about Accessing icurio, you may want to check to see if your question has already been addressed below:

Error: The school you selected does not have a current subscription to access icurio features
Contact your icurio subscription administrator to verify your school’s subscription. If you are the subscription administrator, please submit a Support Request with the name of the school, district and the state where you are located so that we may assist you.
Error: Username already exists
The username you specified is registered at another school. You need to register a different username. We recommend that each user create an account for themselves through the online registration process. Usernames may not be duplicated; however, passwords may be repeated. Students, teachers, and parents have the ability to create their own usernames and passwords from the registration page using the registration key that is provided to the subscribing school or district.

To access the registration page, please go to https://www.icurio.com and click on Register Now. Instructions on how to register can be found here in the Support Center.

I don't remember my username.
If you do not remember your username, please contact Customer Support toll-free at 1-855-566-8283 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Time, or use the Support Request form to send us the following information:

  • Name of Your School
  • District
  • State
  • Username You Have Been Trying To Use

This information will assist us in locating your login information. You will receive an email with your username and password.

How do I change my password?
You can change your password in your personal profile. To access your profile, and make changes to it, click on My Profile in the User Menu at the upper right-hand corner of the page. Create a new password in the Password field. Repeat your new password in the Confirm Password field for verification. Instructions on how to Edit Your Profile can be found here in the Support Center.
I don't remember my password.
You may reset your password by selecting the Forgot Password link on the login screen and correctly answering your security question.

You may then change or reset your password in your personal profile. To access your profile, and make changes to it, click on My Profile in the User Menu at the upper right-hand corner of the page. Another option is to contact your school’s subscription administrator to reset your password.

How do I rename or delete my username?
Students, teachers, and parents have the ability to create their own usernames and passwords from the registration page using the registration key for the school subscription. Contact your subscription administrator to delete a username. Usernames cannot be renamed.
How do I move my username to another school?
Using the Profile feature, you can move your username to another school in the district if your school has a district subscription. To access your profile and make changes to it, click on My Profile in the User Menu drop down in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Choose your new school from Your School list and click Submit. Instructions on how to Edit Your Profile can be found here in the Support Center.

If your new school is not in the same district, please submit a Support Request and send the names of your old and new schools, and the state where you are located, along with your username. You will receive an email once your username has been moved to your new school.

How do I create a shared username?
The use of a single username is permitted. The subscription administrator may create a shared username. Any username that is shared should have the password “Locked” by the subscription administrator at your school before it is distributed to students, teachers, or parents.
How do I access the solution from home with a school subscription?
To access through your school’s subscription go to https://www.icurio.com and enter the username and password you use at school.
I used to be able to go right to the Home Page. Now the system asks me to enter a username and password.
When accessing icurio at school, this could mean your IP authentication is not working properly. Contact your subscription administrator to verify your school’s subscription. If you are the subscription administrator, please submit a Support Request and send the name of your school, district, and the state where you are located so that we may assist you.

When accessing icurio from home through your school’s subscription go to http://www.icurio.com. A username and password is required to access your school’s subscription from home.
